How to Place an Order
There are three ways to place an order:
Online:
To place an order online:
First, choose your category from the menu in the left margin. After choosing your category, you will be able to choose the product(s) you are interested in by clicking on it. After selecting the product(s), click "add to cart" and the product(s) will be added to your shopping cart. At any time, you can remove an item(s) from your shopping cart by clicking on the "remove" icon and the item will be removed from your shopping cart. To estimate your shipping, just enter your U.S. zip code into the estimate shipping field and click the "estimate shipping" button. To continue shopping, click "continue shopping." When you are finished shopping and ready to checkout, click "checkout" and you will be taken to our secure checkout page where you will be asked to enter your billing and shipping address along with your payment information. Upon confirming your information and finalizing your order, you will be emailed an order confirmation receipt containing your Order Number.
Fax or Mail:
To place an order by Fax or Mail:
- Just place the items you wish to purchase into your shopping cart.
- When finished shopping and still in your shopping cart, enter your zip code into the "estimate shipping" field.
- Estimate your shipping based on your zip code and print that page out using the "print" button on your web browser.

Return & Exchange Policy
30-Day Return and Exchange Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the order you receive from Track Outlet and wish to return the product(s) for a refund or exchange, you must first contact customer service to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#). We will then promptly e-mail or call you with an RA# and instructions on how and where to ship the product(s) back. Upon return and receipt of the product(s), Track Outlet will exchange, refund, or credit the item, less appropriate adjustments for shipping and handling.
All products must be returned in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible) and with all paperwork, parts, accessories, etc. so as to insure full credit. Please note, throwing implements must be unused (not thrown) in order to be returned for credit.
NOTE: When shipping product(s) back to Track Outlet, customers should choose the same shipper as when the product was delivered, as well as insure the item for the full value should anything happen during shipping.
Manufacturer Warranty: Most products sold by Track Outlet also carry full manufacturer warranties that further enhance the Exchange and Return privileges of each product you purchase. These warranties protect you from basic defects and failure in use.

Shipping
Shipping is simple at Track Outlet. We offer two standard shipping methods, UPS Ground (4-10 full business days) and UPS 2nd Day Air (2-4 business days). Costs for shipping can be calculated in your shopping cart and are based on the weight of your order and your delivery zip code. We do not charge handling fees or any additional shipping fees. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Some heavy or oddly shaped items must be shipped alone via a freight trucking company. If this is the case with your order, we will contact you with the shipping cost prior to processing your order. After we receive approval from you on the shipping cost, we will ship your order. Usually, oversized Items can be expected to arrive in 7-14 full business days after leaving the warehouse.
