Top quality College and International level starting block offers the following features: High quality, light weight ALL ALUMINUM block has adjustable pedals that allow 4 different pedal angles. Low angle setting on pedal angle allows THREE POINT START. Center rail has been designed so the pedals will not come off of the rail when transporting block. Pedals use high quality, long lasting URETHANE PADS, bottom of pedals have threaded spike inserts making for easy spike changes for different surface tracks. Two spikes are included for dirt tracks.
